Dear Friends:
We are so excited to introduce you to Louie Louisiana & Krewe! This newly released Children’s Coloring Book was created with you in mind! It was designed to help you learn How to Stop Bullying! We also have included games and puzzles featuring some animal friends from our home State of Louisiana! The Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund was created in 1983 by the Louisiana Legislature to allocate funds to agencies and organizations that are addressing child abuse and neglect prevention throughout our State. The mission of the Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund is to prevent child abuse and neglect among Louisiana’s children and families through building strong cross-sector partnerships and through increased child safety public awareness. Our primary purpose is to support community-based efforts to develop, operate, expand, enhance, and coordinate initiatives, programs and activities to prevent child abuse and neglect, to support the coordination of resources and activities to better strengthen and support families to reduce the likelihood of child abuse and neglect, and to foster understanding, appreciation, and knowledge of diverse populations in order to effectively prevent and treat child abuse and neglect. LCTF is managed by an appointed Executive Director and overseen by a Board of Directors. We are located in the Governor’s Office of Programs and Planning and are thrilled to continue fighting to protect the State’s most important asset…OUR CHILDREN! The LCTF Coloring Books with Louie & Krewe is available for you to download for FREE! You can print as many copies as you need and distribute electronic copies to all the children and families on your mailing lists. Thank you for your support of this project! |
