FRIENDS Resource of the Month - July 2020 Edition: CBCAP State Summary of Exemplary Practices

The FRIENDS National Center for CBCAP is excited to share the 2018 CBCAP State Summary of Exemplary Practices: Building Effective Collaboration. The summary provides an overview of the CBCAP Annual Reports submitted to the Children's Bureau each year by each State Lead Agency (SLA). It highlights activities and services implemented during the 2018 funding year, including information on core services and amounts funded in each state, a downloadable CBCAP infographic, and examples of reported activities in CBCAP topic-related areas.
 
Exemplary practices from 21 selected state reports are shared across CBCAP topic-related areas and include examples of:

• Eight states share community-based comprehensive approaches,
• Eight states share evaluation findings for their CBCAP funded programs and activities and,
• Six states share inspiring stories of resiliency and hope.
